well if you look to past performance to predict future prices, then you need to look at what happened when they announce 60m of semi coking coal, the sp went to $0.18.
So on a post consolidation basis, that would be equal to $3.60. Will that happen ?? maybe, anytime soon ??? maybe not this week, but if the market valued the sp at $0.18 when the total coal tonnage was not know, then maybe $3.60 will be seen again once we have more drilling and a resource statement.
