Seems a bit out of date? Fracking the first Niobrara appraisal well has already been done and it's already producing oil. I wouldn't say they failed in an attempt to drill SOA either, they just lost a couple of drill bits before they got to the permian/pennsylvanian target. There could still be plenty of oil down there, and it looks like it could still produce from the muddy j sands after they frac it.
