Forgot to answer questions last night...

Desjosie, You are probably correct regarding the asx dramas causing volume problems and can only guess that there was probably a lot of test bars produced on many charts on that day...
Maybe a lot would have been false tests, I'm not sure...I can't remember this happening to often so there is not a real history to backtest...
Maybe ggp would have produced a test bar that day anyway...
It's a good question though and one that warrants investigating for future occurrences...

Elfy, sorry mate... I could produce a ggpo chart but it's hard enough charting spec stocks! I would hate to have to try and read footprints in the options chart of a spec stock...
All I can say is that when the market finds parity value between ggp and ggpo, taking into account the time value of an option the options should start to move in similar motions to the head stock (ggp)...

Long story short, if the heads keep moving so will the options...
