Given the money spent, the worth of the site and the permissions all in place, I'm surprised none of the overseas big players has taken a swing at a takeover. The mill would definitely be a profitable long term prospect. Perhaps they are waiting for a site fire sale opportunity.
Oh well, I put in a small GNS buy down the SP scale to augment the small package I have, so we'll see how we go, time will tell (in particular the next 6-14 weeks).
