This deal is a dead duck and was meant as a japanese bluff that hasnt been called by the chinese.
How could this offer of been made if:
No Barnett extension given.
No CHM settlement made.
No serious chinese interest.
No clarification on continued govt funding for crosslands OPR project.
Disgraceful.
PS This article looks like a plant to keep the heat on CHM and other parties. Nothing in it. Also notice it came out of Japan.
