with the very low interest rates available in US why not borrow whats needed and with the returns alluded to this could be paid off quite comfortably in 5 years at 1 or 2%
interest , or use a revolving line of credit for the 2nd then 3rd plant if & when they go ahead.
certainly no dilution to share holders and why not take advantage of the very low interest rates offered.
If, as we suspect and hope this takes off what will the next state be offering MHM to build in there neck of the woods, especially if next plant is in /or next to canada ?
personally I don't see the need for any cap raisings etc
