Nmdc is so proud about their $ 4 billion cash reserve that the fear to loose this might be bigger than the will to work out a good plan for the long future.
Look at LCY, what is their progress so far.
If no deal with NMDC, we must support AD, because you can only sell once.
They are working on plan B as well.
