We'll know in a few weeks whether we're likely to receive full value.
I note in the BRM target statement the standard Wah Nam threat of those rejecting the offer likely to see their holdings value diminish.
I don't have faith in anything with Chinese guidance/management ever realising reasonable value to stockholders. I certainly won't be holding any WNI stock given the way they dilute on a whim. The Australian IPO is proof enough of their operating methods.
By the way, good luck with your DMA holding, with a Chinese MD you're going to need it!
