    Yep, peace and danny, you're right about the offer not being 5.3c. danny, I can't read all your numbers in brackets, etc, because maths is not my strong point, but if we say the placement price was 5.3c, and then we minus the price of the options (currently .025c for PYCOA), then the placement price is "valued" at 5.05c. Anything less than that, and the SI's are making a loss. They also normally don't want to get out with even money, I would imagine. They'd make more by leaving their cash in a high interest bank account, if that was the case.

    A placement is one of the number of ways a raising can be done- it's "raising" capital, by a variety of means.

    Just in terms of brokers buying, it is not really their role, or my expectation. It is more that they create an orderly market to deal with the placement. If they just bought and bought, they could be in trouble for market manipulation, so when I see the manoeuvers, they seem subtle. The building of blocks that appear, whether it is the case or not, to create buying demand, is something I saw today. However, we still got sold down. :(

    Anyway, gotta be in it to lose it. :D
