erichjm- I can't see $1.50 plus anytime soon because of two reason- Europe & USA. I'm in the finance industry and if you really knew how close things are to collapsing you probably wouldn't be in stocks at all. IMO it would be prudent for management to have a CR right now (10m @ say 90 cents) as a buffer. Due to the fragile nature of the US banking system, there is no guarantee that the required funding would be forthcoming and as there are always cost overuns with new projects, keeping some extra funds at the ready is sound management. TC- Due to the nature of the signed contracts (all the risk sits with MHM) I don't see any cornerstone investor sticking their hands up at this stage.
