Just rered my post from yesterday regarding the announcement of fonda numbers from ACL. It is a bit confusing.

"Teddy regards fonda numbers l asked PS a couple of weeks ago.

His reply was that it costs them $22k to obtain them from IMS data and its usually 2 to 3 months out of date. He went on to say that the agreement they have with DrR's prevents them from disclosing numbers without their consent."

The fact that the IMS data costs $22k and is out of date means that PS thinks it a waste obtaining them. Therefore they will rely on DrR's and cant announce without consent.
