Col, fair call. I've been working that chart on PEN for about 6 years and made an awful lot of money off it. It works off Congestion & Timing cycles and it's very accurate. But I certainly can agree with you it is confusing if you're not into TA or charting. But as I said some may be interested in short term trading this to recoup some lost profit. I'm happy to post if a few can take advantage of it.
