The Antisense line of drug has come along was since 2005 when ATL1102 starts it's Ph 2a trial. It was largely unproven at that stage.
Now that we have Mipomersen into the market and Pfizer taking over Excaliard for its Antisense EXC001.
The valuation is on a totally different level now in 2011/2012 as Antisense is being seriously considered as a viable line of next generation drug.

The world has moved on and I still lament the time when I can buy a house in Sydney for $50K.
