    ACL know the numbers - DR gives them to them but the agreement prevents disclosure to us or they simply don'get them as we are not a trustworthy partner???

    There is a huge difference in not knowing and not disclosing due to a commercial agreemt. Anyone who signed up to not getting weekly stats needs a good slap

    I think this is a question that must be clearly asked and answered. It is very maket sensitive to us and especially if a split happens. In the split document it will have to declare current markets etc.
    It would be negligent if the management not to always know officially the market share and sales What person would sign up to being blind?? Can t be changed urgently.

    Does that mean you find out 3 months later your partner has breached a agreement on upply or marketing.?

    As a example - sales collapse , reported in media and ACL management sit on their hands waiting for quarterly numbers - doesn't sit well for me.



    ACL must disclose quarterly payments to us
    ACL if notified of numbers but misses the quarterly by a day should still accrue them so Dr can't play too many games.

    It only matters on the ramp up and then if the are any declines or poduction issues. I understand why they do this as it stops other generics targeting them or determiing if their marketing campain is working till deal is settled in. Dr probably hate ACL quarterly reperting requirement.
