Kincella..I agree there has bee some spectacular gains in property in recent years but is history proof of the future?

The question is "can property double in the next 7 years"

Will a $500k property be $1million..?
Will all wage earners double their incomes in 7 years?
I doubt it very much..

Where will the extra income come from to support these doubling house prices.

House prices have retreated this year! Next year will have to see a 20% gain to catch up....it is just not going to happen IMO..

Hell I own property but I try to be a realist..
