Let's not get carried away there is no way known this will get offered 27 cents, if there is a offer which I don't think there will be it will be around 15-18 cents, and have a feeling it will be someone who wants to help them fund there projects and not a takeover, I have seen this before price rises there is no offer and it plunges, so please be careful as this could drop back just as fast...don't say I didn't warm you seen it happen plenty of times
