Unless this company is run by a bunch of dunderheads, any bid pitched at 15c-18c would be rejected by the board, and almost certainly wouldn't suceed. All that a low pitch bid would do is flush out other bidders, as it's pretty clear that their quality anthracite resource is a highly coverted prize.
