    Don't worry madmin i've got that locked down it's a pretty good combo of long hours on the computer & crazy sleep patterns when you trade during the day & play online poker & overeas markets at night lol.

    I think you have some good points though 4-5 meals a day & protein shakes - I'll take on board.

    I have increased my red meat intake mainly steak (fat removed), 6 egg whites a day (no yolks), brown rice, avocados, alot of fish is always a regular in diet regardless.

    and yes I've been meaning to see a dietician / nutritioist for a while - really need to get onto it, probably a good time to put it in motion with new years resolutions and all.
