Why can't they issue shares to anyone they want as long as 2 thing happens. Therefore if the shares are issued above or below, the market price shareholders get to participate, at the same level.


1) Anyone holding a unmarketable parcel of Shares is provided a way to top up or sell to allow to have options issued in 2.

2) free options issued to all current shareholders with marketable parcels of sahres to the level of dilution. So if we have a 15% Dilution, the equivalent number of options will be issued so if you exercise your option you have no dilution of your share holding rounded down.
