this company is certainly looking cheap enough

not sure how i missed the announcement of 11/11/11

the usual suspects were on board, which ROBO high of 3.4 cents and ROBO high of 2 cents

difficult to see the share price going lower that it is now or say lower than 1.6 cents

happy for someone to confirm my research

i get

1. probable $3m raised at 2 cents (20 cents post-reconstruction)

2. 100m shares issues to vendor

3. $400k to be paid to vendor, probably leaving nil cash when $3m is raised

4. 1,013,757,555 script fully diluted

5. $3,329,014 from options if exercised

6. at 2 cents, $17m market cap after substracting options cash

7. at 2 cents, $14m market cap after substracting all cash
