I would think a farm in/out deal will be negotiated in December as stated originally by the company therefore we should know pretty soon. ie. next 2 weeks. The company has stated on several occasions that there has not been a delay with negotiating the farm in/out so we should believe in that.
The company stated they have allowed until the end of the 1st quarter 2012 for paperwork and legal things to be finalised. I think many people will get caught out with this as they think the farm out will be announced then.
Seeing that this is the case, i expect the sp to start picking up, especially since the RSI is now close to 30, CCI is -211. 5 waves down have also occured so we are pretty close to the low now.
All this is imo only, do not make investment decisions based on what I say.
