Just a heap of rain. Bugger of a storm - very late in the season and hit unprepared places that don't normally get hit - i.e. CDO and Illigan, hence considerable loss of life.
However, not unusual wrt intensity for Surigao. If nothing else it would have been a good test for water management on site.
If there is any weakness with SP on this it might make a good buy opportunity.
