Emailed WHL investor relations consultants today, this was their reply.

“Dear xxxx, With regard to the questions highlighted below. As per WHL’s announcement of last week, these negotiations are highly complex and involve multiple parties. I can assure you that WHL is endeavouring to obtain the best results possible for its shareholders by not rushing into any agreements.
The company has assured the market that it will provide an update at an appropriate time”.

Have had a couple of emails to them,...great to be dealing with a company that considers their investors, & has consultants that answer promptly & sensibly.
