    BRETTO,

Thanks for explaining what was discussed at the AGM. I wasn't there so I can't say anymore or making/passing any comments about it.
I am definitely not saying that WM is laying. Never said that, and never will. For, no one can say anything of the kind unless there are proofs or clear evidence of that.

With that in mind, from what you have explained it appears that the dividends are going to be of a good amount, but far less than the $6 and $7 dollars that have been quoted in this thread. To pay dividends of $7 per shares after tax and all related costs, NET PROFITS would have to be huge, (To put it mildly).
Besides, has the Company Tax and possibly the mining tax, (if applicable) being taken care of before mentioning those profits?? And are those profits mentioned gross profits or net before dividends being declared profits ?? I would hope that it was the way you are saying though, because I am looking forward to those kind of dividends.

BRETTO, one more thing before I will close. If we are to be mining 3,000,000 tonnes of ore per annum at even say 3% copper equivalent, (I am using the upper scale model of what was discussed at the meeting), we will end up with 90,000 tonnes of markeatable copper.

Now given we will get AUD$8,000.00 per tonne which is way way above the current prices for copper of USD$3.27 per pound, the gross revenue amounts to approximately AUD $720,000,000.00 per year. And that is before operating costs, administration and mining costs, depreciation/amortisation costs, and taxes are deducted. We have also to bear in mind that if we are going to receive Fully Franked dividends, the Company will have to pay Tax from it's revenues/profits.

Hence why, from these fisures I stated that the $6 and $7 dollars a year dividends are a little too far fetched. Once we will start mining gold from Wilgar we may increase our Gross Revenues, but until then...

Good luck, I am looking at dividends, but not in those brackets that Conix predicted.

I have stated my case as clearly as possible. Now I would like for someone else to state theirs and prove me where I went wrong.

    Regards
    Buddy
