In the board we trust and so we invest. What do we think when the board says all is good, but quietly sells. Now I believe that both the old board and the new board had a good idea that there was no deal. If there is a deal they never leave it to the last moment to announce. Also they would not need to do capital rasing as they know after the deal they would raise a lot more.
