I could be wrong but in circumstances like this I don't think TA has much of an influence on whether a stock will bounce or not. It's pretty much down to its fundamentals as to whether it would bounce after a fall such a BBG has just experienced.
Ultimately you have to ask yourself if BBG has the ability to survive. All that happened was it had a profit downgrade....unless I missed something!
The issue is picking the bottom!
