    What we want is more rigs. IMO there has been a lot of time wasted up to now. New rigs should have been on the production line to satisfy all of these so called possible contracts.

    Management need to get their act together and keep the market informed on a more regular basis.

    Good luck to all holders. It has been a long wait.
