Friends of mine also share your thoughts on the future of the company and believe that it will be a foreign owned identity in the not too distant future. A takeover at the figure you nominated would be a great windfall to many.

Parents took me to the G.C many years ago and well remember Dad fishing at Shifting Sands and Wally Gutter, had some great times there and learnt to handle Muddies without losing fingers LOL

Bermuda sounds nice but never been there.
