My calcs see between 3:1 and 3.2:1 although if the option holders don't get a good deal I can't see it getting the support needed at those figures. I am a shareholder as well as a listed option holder (as I would think are most option holders) in AGU and am concerned as to how the options are going to be dealt with...

My sentiment is "hold" until I see the merger announcement...
