As recommended I have read your referenced article and now ask:

1. who was the author

2. did REY pay to have the article published.

The LT shareholder helped REY to get started, to find the coal asset, to JORC the asset and to prepare the BFS and then when the project has been significantly de-risked the selected few (institutional and sophisticated clients of Euroz Securities) are then able to buy shares at a discount.

My last question is: did REY have to raise more funds now or could they have waited until market conditions improved?

The questions are genuine and so I am looking for genuine answers.
