If the share price did fall to between 0.5 - 0.2 cents does anybody think it would be a safe/smart time to load up on the stock. The thought of getting 1 million shares for a $2-5k investment is very attractive to me, but I just can't figure out what it's going to take for the SP to go up. Every time some positive results are released, the SP either remains stagnant or goes down. I'm looking for free advice, just honest opinions if any.
