The 20% heat is invaluable in UK and EURO homes and trust me - hydronic heating systems would be awesome in most aussie homes too consdiering we are home during the cold hours of the day operating inefficient gas heating or rc heating systems or freezing our ass in what are, far too common, uncomfortable Australian households; houses that are leaky, single glazed, poorly insulated, poorly designed - and this not only speaks for older ones but new builts too.

Even if hydronic systems are rare and rc system are common, rather than install new hydronic radiatiors everywhere we can easily retrofit our RC or gas heating ducted systems by installing a hot water heating coil in the ductwork.
