    To all the gurus out there .... Z, Captain F etc... you will now be shareholders in HAW (the company you bagged for so long).

    I think a few of us have said all along that the JV will not materialise because of the taxation and structural considerations (amongst others). Basically, we will now be shareholders of the same company.

    Now you ex-LCY kiddies have to play nice with your new playmates (LOL).
