    I think it would just be Mt Beaven mate.

    Still Mt Beaven is HAW..

    So put simply LCY will own HAW, so

    Upon completion, 100% of Mt Bevan will remain in Hawthorn for development and commercialisation.

    LCY now owns Mt Beavan for really cheap.

    I dont think we will get free HAW shares though dude.

    At least that was how i read it.
