    if you are assuming HAW has 2.6bn after the placement, LCY needs to own 60% of haw post the SPP.

    so its placement needs to be above this number, as the announcement says post the SPP.

    so 2.6bn = 40%
    therefore 100% = 6.5bn

    LCY gets 3.9bn shares for its $5m.
