Dragonboat, can't be sure but existing securties dont always get up after a restructure. Julie and Ken have 3,000,000 ETH options that expire next yr and there is every chance they will be wiped . I had NMS shares go through a life saving Capital Raising and shares were not relisted until director options had expired. Check out the OCT 26 Report to Creditors for more info on what happens to existing entitlements. The VA report talks of it .
I hope the directors are cleared of any illegal activities so I dont have to go down to the Vic Park Police station round the corner from the ETH office and file a complaint the minute I read the ASIC report cover to cover.
Im just concerned the the Report to Creditors Oct 26 2011 raised the point that some creditors were paid outside usual terms. I mean , what did they mean by that.? What, you scratch my back Jazzman, and I will clear your farm with shareholders cash?? Is that sort of it?? Is that actually legal?. To pay _Outside_ usual terms ??? Our high paid directors.? Better wait for the report.
