angry, to say that hype isn't created on the expected release of inpending announcements is wrong. Exspecially with post headings of the likes, Wifi released before X-mas. The herd and traders in general react to announcements. When those anns aren't released the herd acts accordingly. It's a recuring theme that permeates the market place.

This is the short term trading thread. Long term people hang out in the main thread. That's why I post short term views in the short term thread angry to short term traders.

That's correct, SHORT TERM TRADERS, TRADE SHORT TERM. AND SWING TRADERS TRADE THE SWINGS. MOMENTUM TRADERS TRADE MOMENTUM. You'll find as these moves and swings dry up that without further confirmation these traders will move on.

Federal case? You lost me on that one. Have I ever in any of my posts said anything about insider trading?

You do what ever pleases you. I took a day trade yesterday on the gap filling and exited already for a profit. Since posting on this I have said what trades I made and that I was presently waiting on confirmation to take my next position. I don't care nor do I know what long termers should do as I never hold anything long term.

If it's here today or tomorrow and I get the confirmation then I would take a position on that confirmation.

Let it come, if it's delayed as I said today and previously it will have an effect on the sp. I posted 2 months ago that due to the valuation this is more of a FA issue and herd psyche than anything else. My opinion still stands.

That settle a bit of your concerns? If not ask some more and I'll clarify further for you.
