Hi KJ - what about "basic" charges? Wont the system charge you for a service being available?
I'd be happy to collect my own water, electricity and garbage. The fees for these services now exceed the cost of self service, whatever happened to economies of scale?
Worked it out a few Months ago, seem to remember $7 a KL and $4 a shopping bag for garbage!! Outragous someones making big bucks!
