Looks like the directors are laughing at all their options. Do you honestly reckon L.Cornelius will take up the offer, about 800 or 900k shares at 1.10 for a million dollars?

Dont think so, just exercise some of your options, lay down $625,000 and get 2.75 million shares at an avg price of around 22 cents which was all done last week. Even if the shares slip to 88 cents and he sold (hypothetically) he would have turned 625k into 2.5 million in a week. Can he sell these shares or is he locked into them for a period of time and how many other options does he have?
