I have very much enjoyed your debate and agree with you both. FML spent all their time and money building a company and forgot about the share holder.Consequently they have had to raise money at very low SP (Massive dilution) NST have looked after their Share Holders by adopting this different approach. FML may very well be a huge company one day but unlikely now to be an 80cent company in the next few years. I only hold FML as a gold stock as I think this is their year but very disappointed with their tactics. Where NST goes from her I dont think the share holder cares as they have already made their money. Lets face it companies only exist to create wealth for share holders not because the world needs more gold or to give somebody a job.
