Well seems to me that they are possibly having trouble with getting the price they want and therefore there is no bidding competition between buyers meaning only one buyer probably....
As we all suspected from the lack of interest in buyig the stock and lack of info being released on the sale that all was not well with the sale process. Still in the release the get out of jail free comment......."proposal may ne be accepted"
Certainly a good way to have shareholders lose faith in your management.
Not a good Christmas as we all hoped it would be
