Except you've forgotten one little thing - ACB's uranium is still in the ground.... it has to be mined, and refined. That's going to add a lot to the eventual price of their uranium.
Don't get me wrong - I'm a huge fan of ACB and a holder, but the only outfits that I can see being in a position to take them out AND to proceed with the mining etc would be Areva, the Chinese, the Russians (Rozatom) or maybe Cameco at a pinch.
Rio would be a wildcard possibility - maybe....
