re: Ann: $500,000 Cash Injection from Disposa... Why would a company like AFS who is not involved in UCG, has never mentioned it and has no expertise in UCG buy UCG coal tenements.
The small amount of funds received and saved by this transaction is dwarfed massively by the loss in massive potential value of some of the tenements they have let go IMO. Congratulations in further destroying the value in CGV.
Considering the board has sold more than 50% of the assets in the company I would expect this transaction needs shareholder approval. Thoughts anyone?
