    I see it that way, simplified

    currently Shares 1800 m

    after SPP

    1800m + 500m = 2300m ( which will be 40% after the LCY deal )

    therefore: 2300 / 40 * 100 = 5750m, lets say about 6 billion

    6b x 1.5c = 90million MC

    ( have not included 333m as I don't know where you guys got them from )

    but with them: total 6.5billion, MC at about 100million
