since my HSBC accounts migration few years back e-trade has been a disgrace
have transferred some of my retail money into my dormant e-trade account two weeks ago to give them a chance after a 2 year break from them and this is what i got...
pretty much the same problems i've had with them for 4+ years
in comparison i'd had NO problems with HSBC EVER
will be closing all my e-trade accounts for good soon (as soon as i can log back in LOL)
