Spoke to Ian and he was upset with the error made it should not have happened, however there was a misunderstanding between the SA gov't, press secretary and IFE.

I won't go into specifics of IFE, but in general when companies have announcements that is in conjuction with third parties like a gov't, there are draft emails sent between parties prior to ann. to ensure all terminology and legal aspects are covered. If it comes across as being final when it is not an then you run with it, then of course you have to retract the ann. on the ASX.

The general gist of what I am saying is we should get the official okay very very soon.

My biggest fear was that we are not close to the finish line with this approval and it was sent by a receptionist to the ASX by mistake. I can assure you this is not the case and we will have a great new year.
