From the announcement: "The LampsUp-WA project involves expansion of Lynas’ Mt Weld Rare Earths Concentration Plant to increase
design throughput capacity from the current 120,000 tpa to 240,000 tpa."

From http://www.abesque.com.au/media/files/abesque-company-profile.pdf page 13: "Design and Construct (EPC) contract for the 400,000tpa
Concentrator and associated infrastructure. Project
commenced initially as a construct only contract and
was converted to a Design and Construct."

240,000 TPA we are familiar with, but 400,000 TPA? The extra 160,000 TPA is probably going to be processed at LAMP2 along with Malawi materials! ;)
