once the 57cent hanlong deal fails, Share price which already suffered a price decline will plunge to below 20c if it isn't already there
If there would be another suitor, it would be months and months of due diligence and negotations but i doubt SDL will get 57cents a share
BY that time, SDL mgmt would be so desparate they would recommend to accept any deal. In my mind they have already failed in their way theyve handled the deal with hanlong.
My predictions are SDL share price will retrace to 33.5cents in the next two weeks since it didn't close at or above the 36cent yesterday despite an article with a positive "spin" fooling a few gullible investors
Expect MORE negative news in the new year
