Why don't you give all you've got to Ben Phi of Slater and Gordon. He is like the dog with his bone when he wants to, and if he finds something untowards to in what you give/supply him, he will follow it through whether it will involve ASIC, the ASX or anyone else for that matter.
And they have the resources to engage forensic Accountants if they need to as well. IMHO, it is worth a try as you have nothing to loose.

And, most importantly, it won't cost you a cent either.

IMO, you will continue bashing your head against the wall in pursuing ASIC into doing something they don't want to. You would need to have someone above them with plenty of clouts to force them into doing anything.
