If everybody rang Gary everytime they had a small query, then I am sure his phone number would change very quickly and this forum would become extinct. All I was after when I asked the question was to find out if there was another source of getting information about the company(magazine, website or something), so no, it's not rocket science. Like I said "I use the phone" was a fine answer.
